"No public servant directly or indirectly involved in the authorization and submission of these projects shall go on vacation. I am referring to environment bodies, state construction inspectorate and other decentralized services approving projects submitted by local authorities," Boc said in a speech delivered Thursday in front of the heads of decentralized services, local authorities and lawmakers in Calarasi county, southeastern Romania.
Boc pointed out that one of these programs, which requires that funding requests for over EUR700 million be submitted and approved until the end of the year, targets the development of villages.
