Boc said he will personally make sure the deadlines for the completion of the road are met and even overtaken.
The prime minister announced that the first segment of the road, spanning over 14.8 kilometers, is 70% complete, and there are still some issues of infrastructure and compensation that need to be addressed.
The construction of the second segment will begin in February with the setting up of the construction site.
According to Boc, the cost of the first segment reaches EUR48 million, while the second segment costs EUR9 million.
