Romanian Singer Elena Carstea To Undergo Brain Surgery On Aug 12

Romanian singer Elena Carstea, who has been living in the United States over the past three years, is suffering from an aneurysm and will undergo brain surgery on August 12 at the JFK hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida, Pro TV reported.

According to the TV channel, the singer was told she needs to have brain surgery after a routine examination few days ago.

Doctors say it will be a high-risk surgery.

Carstea said that although she is afraid, she hopes everything will be alright.

Elena Carstea has been living in the United States of America for the past three years after she married a lawyer of American origin in 2006. She has two adopted daughters, Sanda and Adriana.
