According to a press release issued by the Prosecutors’ Office, the case prosecutor made this decision on January 31, 2008.

The press release states that Orban is not guilty of bodily harm, since the deed, namely the injuring of a person, with less than 10 days of medical care, is not mentioned as crime by criminal law.

Orban will not be investigated for false testimony either, since his statement that the accident did not have victims does not contradict the interpretation given by the High Court to the term “bodily harm.” In other words, since the person injured did not require more than 10 days of medical care, then they are not considered victim.
