Negocierile pentru construirea reactoarelor 3 şi 4 ale centralei nuclearelectrice de la Cernavodă au fost întrerupte şi luarea unei decizii finale în această privinţă a fost amânată, deoarece guvernul de la Bucureşti a introdus noi termeni în negocieri, potrivit oficialilor companiei cehe CEZ, însă autorităţile române susţin că discuţiile nu au fost oprite şi că Nuclearelectrica vrea să-şi majoreze participaţia la proiect.
