The building will house a total of 171 apartments, affectionately referred to as Riviera Mansions by the developer, as well as 11 breathtaking penthouses known as Sky Mansion Penthouses...The developer explains that the building's design and interiors draw inspiration from Bugatti's rich heritage. Since its establishment in 1909, the luxury car brand has been synonymous with unwavering commitment to excellence. Conform datelor furnizate de firma Knight Frank și raportate de Realtor.com, s-au înregistrat 558 de astfel de tranzacții de mare valoare.

Dubai conduce clasamentul destinațiilor preferate de super-bogați, înregistrând în ultimul trimestru al anului 2024 vânzări duble față de întregul an 2023. Succesul emiratului este parțial atribuit programului său de „vize de aur”, care oferă rezidență pe termen lung investitorilor ce achiziționează proprietăți de peste 550.000 de dolari.

New York City rămâne un magnet pentru elita globală, cu 87 de tranzacții de peste 10 milioane de dolari, aproape dublând performanța din 2023. Florida atrage și ea cumpărători cu dare de mână, în special Palm Beach, unde terenurile libere ating frecvent prețuri de opt cifre. Prezența complexului Mar-A-Lago al președintelui Trump în zonă pare să fie un factor de atracție semnificativ.

Hong Kong a înregistrat o revenire impresionantă, cu o creștere de 380% a vânzărilor de proprietăți de lux comparativ cu perioada post-pandemică.

În contrast, Singapore a cunoscut un declin, după introducerea unei taxe de 60% pentru achizițiile străine de proprietăți de lux.

Londra a înregistrat de asemenea o scădere, atribuită temerilor legate de posibile modificări ale reglementărilor care vizează cumpărătorii străini, orașul confruntându-se cu probleme serioase de accesibilitate a locuințelor.

Liam Bailey, șeful de cercetare la Knight Frank, prevede un flux continuu de tranzacții în 2025, însă raportul a fost compilat înainte de anunțarea tarifelor drastice de către președintele Trump în aprilie.

Recenta instabilitate a piețelor și scăderea dolarului ar putea influența semnificativ comportamentul de cumpărare al celor mai bogați 1% în lunile următoare.
