“Sticky & Sweet” is currently the tour with the most earnings for a solo artist, bringing in $281.6 million, according to Pollstar, the world's largest resource for international concert tour information.

The tour means, in figures, two stages, jewelry worth a million pounds, 3,500 wardrobe pieces, 69 guitars and 650 rehearsal hours for Madonna and her troupe.

The two hour concert’s four sections are “The Pimp”, a tribute to the ‘20s and to the ‘gangsta pimp’ fashion of modern music, “Old School”, which sees Madonna return to the ‘80s style which made her an icon, and to the beginnings of rap music, a section devoted to Balkan music and dance, and a Rave section.

The show will not lack for the usual glitter of a Madonna concert, as the costumes have been conceived by a team of 36 designers.

The “Sticky & Sweet” world tour will feature songs from the star’s latest album, “Hard Candy”, as well as older hits, such as “Vogue”, “Hung up” and “Ray of Light.”
