The currently incomplete forensic report in the case of Simona Todean, the alleged victim of the accident caused by transports minister Ludovic Orban, indicates the girl was not the victim of a car accident, people close to the investigation said.

Preliminary Forensic Report: Transport Min Did Not Injure Anyone In Road Accident – Sources

''The girl was not in a cast. She had a few scratches and bruises, some newer, some older. But one cannot conclude on how the bruise was caused or the exact date, as bruises change color and disappear in about ten days. The appearance of the bruise is not conclusive as to whether the girl fell or was hit. There are no clear signs indicating she might have been hit by a car,'' the same people said.
 
However, investigators are expecting the experts’ final conclusions to decide what to do with the case.
 
Both the 14 year-old girl and her father told investigators she was not involved in the minister’s car accident.
