Romania’s Flat Prices Seen Dn 30% By ’09 Spring – Web Survey

The survey was held during November 10 and 20, and included 962 sole visitors of the website.
Thus, most of the respondents, or 45%, see the prices of dwellings in Romania down by more than 30% until the spring of 2009, while 21% of the respondents see higher prices. The rest of the respondents forecast a 10% or 20% decrease in dwelling prices.
The website imopedia.ro has, according to its own data, a traffic of over 150,000 monthly visitors and was set up nine years ago as www.run.ro.
