"ANRE’s head told the ministers that a new gas price cut might be possible as of July 1, but the percentage has not been set up yet. He said the price cut will take into account the gas tariffs in the EU countries," people who participated in the Government meeting told MEDIAFAX.
Lificiu presented during the Government’s Wednesday meeting a report about the possible measures that might be taken to diminish the price of natural gas.
The price of natural gas was cut by 3% as of May 1 and the gas suppliers and distributors claim the new tariffs do not allow them to cover their costs.
