Orban added the committee's decision was unanimous.
The committee's report will be complete next week, Tuesday or Wednesday.
The Standing Office within the Romanian Chamber of Deputies allowed last Wednesday the request of the social democrats within the investigation committee to send a request for criminal investigations against Udrea to the Chamber of Deputies' committee for legal matters, according to Chamber secretary Sever Voinescu.
Udrea left on Tuesday the parliamentary inquiry committee investigating her spending of public money before the meeting was over and accused the committee of functioning illegally.
