Cristina Traila Appointed Head Of Romania’s Public Procurement Auth

Democrat liberal Cristina Traila on Tuesday replaced Marius Gogescu as head of the Romanian authority in charge with overseeing public procurement, or ANRMAP.

ANRMAP is an institution under direct coordination of the Romanian premier. The institution presents, promotes and implements the country’s policy in the field of public procurement.
 
The decision to appoint Traila at the helm of ANRMAP was published in the Romanian Official Journal on Tuesday.
 
Still on Tuesday, Romanian Premier Emil Boc named Mircea Ursache as president of the country’s privatization authority AVAS.
 
In addition, Boc signed the decisions to appoint Ioana Liana Pop as secretary of state with the Department for Liaison with the Parliament, Marin Anton as secretary of state with the Transportation Ministry, Liviu Manaila-Maximean as secretary of state with the Health Ministry and Iulian Matache as secretary of state with the Ministry of Development.
