The democrat liberal leader said the right wing and right winged politics are the real winners in Sunday’s parliamentary election.
"Tonight, in this election, Romanians have opted for the right and rejected leftist policies as solutions to crisis,” Boc said.
He added the party has the obligation to take all the necessary measures to impose right-winged politics in the future government.
Boc added that as none of the contenders obtained a majority of 50% plus one, none can claim a government and prime minister of its own.
He also said the party would attend the consultations initiated by the head of state in view of forming the country’s future government.
