Five Cos File Bids For ‘Tourist In Romania’ Ad Campaign

The campaign will take place between August 1 and December 25, the ministry said.

 

The five companies are Ars Advertising, Media Today, Media Investment and two associations, namely Media One – Diadikasia Business Consultans and Best Advertising – Optimedia, respectively.

 

The ministry did not forward a date to select the winner.

 

Romanian advertiser Ars Advertising was awarded an EUR500,000 contract through direct negotiation earlier this year to promote an environment program.

 

Following media reports on potential irregularities regarding the contract, a parliament committee has launched a probe against Environment Minister Nicolae Nemirschi.

 

The committee’s report is due by mid-August.
