Romanian Car Maker Dacia Launches Sandero Locally

Romanian car maker Dacia launched in Romania the two-volume model Sandero, the fifth car developed by Renault and Dacia on the Logan platform (B0), at prices ranging between EUR6,890 and EUR9,850, VAT included.

Sandero is available in five variants of equipment and two petrol engines, one with a 1.4 liter engine and 75 horsepower and the other one with a 1.6 liter engine and 90 hp. For the moment, Sandero will not be available in diesel.

The basic version, called "Sandero," costs EUR6,890 and comes with, driver airbag, ABS and emergency braking assistance and three seatbelts for the backseat. This version can only come with the 1.4 liter engine.

The other versions, Ambiant, Preferance and Laureate can be fitted with both engines, and the prestige version, the top of the line, is only available with the 1.6 liter engine.

Orders for Sandero can be issued starting with Wednesday.
