Boc also said the country's education law would enter debates in Parliament next week.

"I call on the Parliament to urgently enact these laws we need to go ahead with reforms," Boc told prefects in a videoconference Saturday.

He reminded the International Monetary Fund, which is leading a EUR20 billion rescue loan for the country, requires the adoption of the fiscal responsibility law by the end of March.

The prime minister added the pension law and the country's new criminal and civil procedure codes must also be adopted before the Parliament's summer recess.

Boc also told prefects the education law is to enter debates in Parliament next week and the Government will send lawmakers in April a series of bills on decentralization in public administration and healthcare.
