Romanian Rompetrol Cuts Pump Prices By Up To RON0.9/Liter

Romanian fuel retailer Rompetrol Downstream reduced Monday its gasoline and diesel oil pump prices by 0.5-0.9 lei (EUR1=RON4.2613), depending on the type of fuel, the company announced.

Thus, as of Monday, the prices of Efix 95 and Alto 101 gasoline will be of RON4.76 and RON5.43 per liter, respectively.

Efix Diesel and Diesel Alto 55 prices will be increased to RON4.71 and RON5.02 per liter, respectively.

The prices of fuel sold in Rompetrol's gas stations may vary by +/- 5%, compared with the reference prices.

Rompetrol last changed the pump prices Thursday, when an increase of up to RON0.28 per liter was applied.

The Rompetrol group is owned by Kazakh KazMunayGas.
