Romanians To Benefit From Free Wi-Fi Access In 345 New Hotspots Countrywide

The free Wi-Fi access points will be installed mostly in parks, student camps and city centers.

“You cannot keep up with the times without information,” Boc said at the inauguration of the first free Wi-Fi access point in Bucharest’s 3rd district.

Boc said he unfolded a similar program while he was mayor of Cluj-Napoca city, northwestern Romania.

Local authorities in Bucharest’s 3rd district are planning to install two new hotspots in the near future, the district mayoralty said in a statement.
