No Homework For Romanian Pupils Over Spring Break

The Bucharest School Inspectorate recommended to teachers not to give students any homework during the vacation, since kids in the seventh and eighth grade have a great deal to study for the midterm exams organized as soon as classes are resumed, namely starting with May 6.

In this respect, the inspectorate recommends various activities depending on the education cycle, preschool, school, high school.

The spring vacation starts on April 26 and ends on May 4. Immediately after the vacation, on May 6, kids in the seventh and eighth grade will take the midterm exams.
