Both motions, filed by opposition parties, were rescheduled for the Senate's May 6 session.

The motion against the justice minister has been delayed for the third time, after initially being scheduled for vote and debate last week. The minister was present to defend against the motion.

Similar votes on the two ministers failed in the Lower Chamber in March. The motions are non-binding, and the cabinet members will not be forced to resign should they pass.
