The first gig of the tour will take place on June 10, in Sweden, followed by two concerts in London and shows in Greece, Holland, Belgium, Spain, France, the Czech Republic and Italy.

Aerosmith's history is riddled with scandals involving drugs, sex and fights. Frontman Steven Tyler recently argued with his bandmates of 40 years. This dispute, partly caused by Tyler's plans to record a solo album, threatens to break up one of America's most successful rock groups. However, in a recent statement, Tyler said he is ready to get back with his old colleagues.

Aerosmith were forced to cancel the 2009 summer tour after Tyler fell off the stage, in the middle of a song, and broke his shoulder. A few other gigs were cancelled in the beginning of the tour, after Tyler hurt his leg. His colleagues showed no mercy, publicly challenging the conduct of the famous singer and saying that he is using drugs again.

In May 2008, Tyler went into a rehab clinic for painkiller abuse, saying he needed a "safe environment" to defeat the pain he was feeling after a series of surgical interventions on his leg.

Aerosmith has not put out a studio album since 2001. All band members suffered health problems over the past several years. For example, guitarist Joe Perry suffered complications after knee surgery.

Aerosmith came out in 1970, in New Hampshire. The band's music includes pop, heavy metal, glam and R&B elements and has inspired many other rock artists. Aerosmith is the American hard rock band with the highest sales - 150 million albums sold worldwide. The band received four Grammy Awards, ten MTV Video Music Awards and was included in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001, while in 2005 it ranked 57th among the Rolling Stone Magazine's top 100 artists of all time. Some of the group's most successful tracks include "Walk This Way", "Cryin'", "Janie's Got A Gun", "Dude (Looks Like A Lady)", "Dream On" and "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing".
